US SOUTHERN COMMAND has stood up an HAITI HA/DR Community of Interest (COI) on the All Partners Access Network (APAN).

If you do not already have an APAN user account, following are instructions on how to get started:

1. Visit the homepage: http://community.apan.org
2. Click on 'join', upper right hand corner, or on large "sign up now" button, both on home page This will start a registration process. You will need to provide a valid e-mail address that will be used to confirm your account.
3. After registration process you will receive a "confirmation" e-mail on the e-mail address you provided during registration.
4. Once you confirm the account, your username and password will be activated and you will be able to "sign in" as a member.
5. Once a member, go to http://community.apan.org/pfa/haiti_hadr/default.aspx then request access to the Haiti HA/DR community.
