HQ USSOUTHCOM operates two NIPRNET Portal variations: 1) ANONYMOUS CAC certificate and 2) AUTHENTICATED CAC certificate.

1. Anonymous Site: https://schqanon.southcom.mil
   This site allows Non-USSOUTHCOM personnel that have a valid CAC to enter the main portal without registering. This site allows read-only capability to sites that are not locked down. Initial access may take a minute or two as your CAC is validated.
    
2. Authenticated site: https://schq.southcom.mil
   This site allows all personnel with accounts and a valid CAC to login for collaboration. Permissions from specific site owners may still be required for pages with additional restrictions. If you do not have an account, see item 3, below.

   This link enables Non-USSOUTHCOM, or "External", CAC Users to apply for an Account.
