24th MEU delivers supplies for Haiti relief

The Marines and sailors of with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard USS Iwo Jima have been providing assistance to the U.S. government’s civil humanitarian aid and disaster relief efforts in Haiti in wake of Hurricane Matthew. The 24th MEU is committed to remaining the nation’s premier rapid crisis response force, providing the U.S. precious time in wake of a disaster, to coordinate a full-scale civil response.
