TARROS, Honduras (Aug. 7, 2017) U.S. Navy Sailor Builder 3rd Class Herman Sebert, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One (NMCB 1), builds a roof for Escuela Rural Mixta Luz Infantil, a local elementary school, during a Southern Partnership Station 17 community relations project (COMREL). SPS-EPF 17 is a U.S. Navy deployment, executed by U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet, focused on subject matter expert exchanges with partner nation militaries and security forces in Central and South America.
