U.S. Army Sgt. Jose Quinteros, Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element, provides a patient with a medical consultation with support from a Honduran volunteer translator. The MEDEL team collaborated with local health representatives and military, as well as volunteers, which facilitated communication between JTF-Bravo personnel and the patients, while improving their abilities to perform under austere conditions in remote locations.
