Panama - A member of the Panamanian National Border Service, known as SENAFRONT, paints the face of a child during the opening ceremony of Exercise New Horizons 2018, April 11, 2018, in Meteti, Panama. Exercise New Horizons is a joint-service training exercise, focused on enhancing relations with partner nations and providing aid to local communities while providing training U.S. military members. During the exercise, U.S. military members will build three schools, one community center and a women’s health ward in the Meteti area. They will also work closely with Panamanian health providers bringing medical aid to people in the Darien, Coclé, and Veraguas Provinces.
