PUERTO CASTILLA, Honduras (May 15, 2013) -- U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Edmond Bessette and Iris Medina, both U.S. military Central America Survey and Assessment Team members, work with a Honduran Comision Permanente de Contingencias (COPECO) official to identify the location of storm damage during a simulated hurricane disaster response.  The C-SAT team, stationed in Honduras as part of Joint Task Force-Bravo, serves as an immediate U.S. military disaster response team in Central America that conducts critical area assessments prior to the deployment of any U.S. military forces.
