MAYPORT, Fla. (July 17, 2012) More than 7,500 pounds of cocaine and 240 pounds of marijuana recovered from drug interdictions in support of Operation Martillo arrives at Naval Station Mayport aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Nicholas (FFG 47) for offload. Operation Martillo, Spanish for "hammer," is a U.S., European, and Western Hemisphere partner nation effort targeting illicit trafficking routes in coastal waters along the Central American isthmus.
