Central Issue Facility
The Central Issue Facility is available for the turn in of Organizational, Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) for Service Members that are transitioning out of the Military.
An appointment can be made once the Service Member receives their clearing papers and orders. OCIE records are available prior to turn in via AKO or our CIF Office can provide them for you.
