621st heads to Haiti for Matthew Relief
More than 30 members of the 621st Contingency Response Wing board a C-17 Globemaster III at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., October 8, 2016. The Airmen are on their way to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, responding to Hurricane Matthew. The CRW has a history of supporting humanitarian aid and disaster relief operations, including the earthquake in Haiti in 2010 when its Airmen supported more than 150 flights per day, coordinating the delivery of 3.5 million tons of relief cargo.
