SOUTHCOM Industry Engagement


SPECIAL NOTICE:

SOUTHCOM will host a one-day Industry Day in Spring 2026! Exact date and location TBD.

  • This event allows industry partners to share their capabilities with USSOUTHCOM.
  • Throughout the day, government and industry can work together on mission needs.
  • Industry partners will present their newest mission-focused technologies.

Key Information for Interested Vendors:

  • Attendance Limit: Each vendor will be restricted to two (2) personnel per company.
  • Security Vetting Required.
  • Registration Deadline: Vendors must register to attend no later than January 31, 2026.

Steps to Register:

  1. You must have a CAGE Code and SAM.gov registration prior to registering for Industry Day with USSOUTHCOM.   
    1. Registration requests for USSOUTHCOM’s Industry Day will not be considered if CAGE Code is not registered with SAM.GOV and/or cannot be validated. 
    2. You may apply for CAGE Code at: https://www.dla.mil/Working-With-DLA/Applications/Details/Article/2920893/cage-code-commercial-and-government-entity-code/  
    3.  You may register with SAM.GOV at: https://sam.gov/entity-registration 
  2. Fill out and submit the form below.
  3. Receive Follow-up Email: After submitting your registration, look for a follow-up email within 2-3 business days. This email will provide instructions for submitting:
    1. Mandatory security forms (for in-person attendees).
    2. Presentation slides
  4. Submit Required Documents: Complete and return all required forms (HSPD12 security form and presentation slides) by the deadlines specified in the follow-up email to finalize your registration and confirm your attendance.

This Special Notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers. Attendance Limits: Due to significant space constraints, in-person attendance is strictly limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. This notification will continue to be updated as new information is available to be shared with Industry.

Notice on collection of information via Southcom.mil online forms

When receiving public requests via our online forms, SOUTHCOM collects information from users so that requests can be reviewed, managed and processed. Information collected from users may include full name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, address and contact information, and requested topic of information. The information collected will only be used by SOUTHCOM staff working on requests. The online request forms policy is reviewed and updated annually to ensure system access only by appropriate staff and through technical security with user name log-in and passwords. Records are retained in accordance with records management policy.
