Registration for the March 31, 2026 “Consolidated Vendor Visit Day” is now reopen for a short period only.

We've been absolutely thrilled with the overwhelming response to our Consolidated Vendor Visit Day on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. For those who didn't get a chance to register, we're excited to reopen our registration for you to attend the morning session only!

This is a wonderful opportunity to join us from 0730 to 0930 to hear a strategic overview from our command and listen as our directorates share their missions and priorities.

Please note that this is an in-person-only gathering, limited to two representatives per company. To ensure the remainder of the main event can proceed on schedule, we ask that all morning session guests depart at 0930.

For Our New Friends: We have a limited number of spots that will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register as soon as possible to secure your place!

For those previously registered but did not get a spot to brief: Great news! If you've already registered for the main Consolidated Vendor Visit Day but did not get a spot to brief, you're all set for this morning session too. No need to reregister – we have you on our list, however, you’ll still need to depart at 0930! We just need you to confirm your attendance and submit your base access documents.
