SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (April 17, 2017) - Boatswain's Mate James Minor and Operations Specialist 2nd Class Mark Clements, assigned to the Cyclone-class patrol coastal ship USS Zephyr (PC 8), heave line during sea and anchor detail.
