PACIFIC OCEAN - (Jul. 23, 2017) -- Sailors secure lines from a Landing Craft Unit (LCU) from Beachmaster Unit 1 aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) in support of UNITAS LVIII. UNITAS is an annual, multi-national exercise that focuses on strengthening our existing regional partnerships and encourages establishing new relationships through the exchange of maritime mission-focused knowledge and expertise during multinational training operations.
