CHOLUTECA, Honduras - Patients wait to receive medical consultations from the Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element during a Medical Readiness Training Exercise at Comalí, Oct. 26, 2017. Service members from MEDEL participated in a three-day MEDRETE at Comali, Duyure and Monjaras in the Choluteca Department, located at southern Honduras, Oct. 26 - 28, in support of the Honduran Ministry of Health.
