JTF-Bravo joins partners for Pediatric Nutritional Assessments
U.S. Army Capt. Theresa Urbina, a first year resident at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Uniformed Services University and Dr. Miguel Coello, a medical liaison officer from Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element conduct a hemoglobin test to determine the values on a child during a pediatric nutritional assessment mission in Matazano village on Nov. 7, 2017. Joint Task Force–Bravo Medical Element personnel participated in a pediatric nutritional assessment mission as members of a joint team with Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and the Honduran Ministry of Health to assess the nutritional status of children from the ages of 6 months to 60 months at the Matazano, Humuya, and Tepanguare villages in the Department of La Paz, Honduras from Nov. 6-9, 2017.
