Tidd, commander of U.S. Southern Command, and Colombian Chief of Defense Alberto José Mejía render honors upon arrival to a bilateral security meeting in Bogota. Tidd is in Colombia to meet with the nation’s top leaders to discuss continued security cooperation and get a firsthand look at Colombia’s peace-building and security efforts.
