SAN ANTONIO, Texas (June 6, 2018) -- A U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III from the 172nd Airlift Wing aircrew prepared to transport children and their guardians from Guatemala to Galveston, Texas, for medical treatment at Shriners Hospital for Children.
