Mascots for the Panamanian National Border Service, known as SENAFRONT, greet guests at the opening ceremony of Exercise New Horizons 2018, April 11, 2018, in Meteti, Panama. The joint-service exercise will provide readiness training to U.S. military members, while also benefiting local communities throughout the country. During the exercise, U.S. military members will build three schools, one community center and a women’s health ward in the Meteti area.
