U.S. Military members with the 346th Air Expeditionary Group stand alongside Panamanian National Border Service, known as SENAFRONT, and guests of the opening ceremony of Exercise New Horizons 2018, April 11, 2018, in Meteti, Panama. Exercise New Horizons is a joint training exercise where all branches of the U.S. military conduct training in civil engineer, medical and support services while benefiting the local community. During the exercise, U.S. military members will build three schools, one community center and a women’s health ward in the Meteti area.
