BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (Aug. 27, 2018) – – U.S. Navy Adm. Kurt W. Tidd, commander of U.S. Southern Command, meets with Argentine Minister of Defense Oscar Aguad to discuss security cooperation. Tidd was in Argentina for the 2018 South American Defense Conference (SOUTHDEC). Argentina and the United States co-hosted the annual conference attended by 11 nations.
