Miami - MIAMI (Jan. 28, 2019) – The commander of U.S. Southern Command, Navy Adm. Craig Faller, renders honors during the arrival of Costa Rica's Minister of Public Security, Michael Soto Rojas, to SOUTHCOM headquarters. Rojas met with Faller and command leadership to discuss regional security and cooperation.
