Luis Navarro Jiménez, Commanding General of the Colombian Military Forces, speaks during a press briefing at U.S. Southern Command headquarters as U.S. Navy Adm. Craig Faller, SOUTHCOM commander, looks on. The two leaders met at SOUTHCOM to discuss U.S.-Colombia defense cooperation.
