ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (Apr. 11, 2019) - Commander, U.S. 4th Fleet, Rear Adm. Sean Buck salutes Argentine Commander, Navy Training and Readiness Command, Rear Adm. Fabian Gerardo D'Angelo prior to the start of the closing ceremony of the annual Maritime Staff Talks (MSTs) in that were held in St. Augustine, Apr. 9-11.
