Huehuetenango - Sgt. 1st Class Julio Homer, assigned to the 300th Military Information Brigade, and Lt. Col. Bill Draper, a chaplain assigned to Joint Force Headquarters of the Kentucky National Guard, engage with the Tojocaz community in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, to support exercise Beyond the Horizon May 9, 2019. Beyond the Horizon is a routine, annual exercise that is designed to reinforce regional security and stability, and enhance interoperability with U.S. allies, leading to increased operational readiness for U.S. Forces and a stronger security framework for the region.
