ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (May 15, 2019) - Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet, Read Adm. Sean Buck delivers opening remarks to Colombian Vice Adm. Gabriel Perez and staffs from both naval delegations, beginning the annual Maritime Staff Talks (MST) between the two countries.
