190810-N-XL376-1070 COLON, Panama (Aug. 10, 2019) Chief Hospital Corpsman Benjamin Morehouse from Oklahoma City, assigned to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), educates children at a temporary medical treatment site about animals that can carry rabies. Comfort is working with health and government partners in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean to provide care on the ship and at land-based medical sites, helping to relieve pressure on national medical systems strained by an increase in Venezuelan migrants.
