Brazil - WATERS OFF THE COAST OF BRAZIL (Aug. 23, 2019) – USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) moves in to position behind the Brazilian navy ship PHM Atlantico (A 140) during a maneuvering exercise in support of UNITAS LX, August 23, 2019.
