A U.S. Navy EA-18G Growler connects to a Chilean Air Force KC-130R aircraft for an air-to-air refueling over Washington during Exercise Mobility Guardian 2019 Sept. 23, 2019. The Chilean KC-130R was the only aircraft in the exercise that had airlift, airdrop and aerial refueling capability.
