CARIBBEAN SEA - CARIBBEAN SEA (Feb. 15, 2021) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) conducts a passing exercise (PASSEX) with the Colombian naval frigate ARC Antioquia (FM-53) in the Caribbean Sea. James E. Williams is deployed to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of operations to support Joint Interagency Task Force South�s mission, which includes counter illicit drug trafficking in the Caribbean Sea and eastern Pacific Ocean.
