Guyana - A U.S. Army Soldier with the 2-54th Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) instructs members of the Dominican Republic Special Forces on emergency medical procedures during Tradewinds 2021, Camp Stephenson, Guyana, June 17. Basic emergency medical skills are a pivotal source of knowledge that can make life saving differences while conducting hazardous operations. Tradewinds 2021 is a U.S. Southern Command sponsored Caribbean security-focused exercise in the ground, air, sea, and cyber domains, working with partner nations to conduct joint, combined, and interagency training focused on increasing regional cooperation and stability.
