MIAMI (March 28, 2022) – The commander of U.S. Southern Command, U.S. Army Gen. Laura Richardson, greets Colombian Gen. Luis Navarro, the General Commander of the Colombian Military Forces, upon his arrival to SOUTHCOM headquarters.
