Rafael Rodriguez, SOUTHCOM Senior Enlisted Leader, pass the guidon during a change of responsibility ceremony at the command’s headquarters. During the ceremony, Rodriguez assumed duties as Senior Enlisted Leader, relieving the outgoing U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Benjamin Jones, who is retiring after 36 years of service.
