U.S. Marines with U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South and 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion visit Colombian Naval Base Turbo and sail aboard Colombian Navy combat riverine boats on the Atrato River near Turbo, Colombia, Jan. 24, 2023. U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. David Bellon, commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South and Marine Corps Forces Reserve, his staff, and leaders of 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion traveled to Colombia engage with leadership of the Infantería de Marina Colombiana (Colombian Marine Corps) to continue to strengthen the partnership between the two Navies and Marine Corps.
