Army Reserve Soldiers with the 185th Medical Company out of Garden Grove, California provide dental care to the local population of Metalio, El Salvador. They are deployed on the fourth rotation of Joint Task Force Jaguar in support of exercise Beyond the Horizon 2013. Beyond the Horizon is a U.S. Southern Command sponsored, Army South-led, joint-foreign military interaction and humanitarian exercise that started in late March and goes to late June 2013. Available in high definition.
