U.S. Airmen participating in the Lesser Antilles Medical Assistance Team (LAMAT) 2026 mission collaborated with local health professionals to teach nutrition and diabetes management to community members across Saint Kitts and Nevis, Feb. 23 – March 6, 2026. LAMAT 2026 brought together U.S. and host-nation medical experts to strengthen healthcare collaboration and reinforce trusted partnerships in the Eastern Caribbean.
