USNS Comfort has deployed for the Continuing Promise 2025 mission. The ship is scheduled to visit Grenada, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic.
The USCG Cutters Vigorous & Valiant offloaded over 20,500 lbs of illicit narcotics June 5 and 6 in Florida. The contraband was the result of six Caribbean interdictions by USCG, interagency & international partners.
The crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Thetis offloaded more than 28,500 pounds of cocaine worth more than $211 million at Port Everglades May 29. The seized contraband was the result of four interdictions in the Eastern Pacific by the Thetis crew.
More than 900 service members and disaster-relief specialists from Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and the United States trained together during the exercise in Guatemala.

June 11, 2025 - The Mercy-class hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) arrived in St.George’s, Grenada, to provide a variety of medical treatments to include: dental, family medicine, internal medicine, optometry, nursing, pharmacy, biomedical repair, lab, radiology, X-ray and veterinary medicine as a part of Continuing Promise 2025 (CP25), June 9.

June 6, 2025 - MIAMI –U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Valiant’s crew offloaded 17,450 pounds of cocaine and 2,585 pounds of marijuana worth $132 million, Friday, at Port Everglades.

June 4, 2025 - The Chilean armed forces will host Special Operations Command South-led exercise Southern Star 2025 throughout the country, bringing together conventional and special operations units from 10 countries from May 26 to June 8, 2025.

June 2, 2025 - Citizen Airmen from the 433rd Airlift Wing from Joint base San Antonio-Lackland provided crucial airlift support to Marine Raiders assigned to the Marine Special Operations Reserve Detachment and Chilean Special Forces personnel as part of Exercise Southern Star ‘25.
