DURHAM, North Carolina (March 27, 2017) -- Navy Adm. Kurt W. Tidd, commander of U.S. Southern Command, along with retired Army Gen. Martin Dempsey, the previous Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, discusses security issues in Latin America and the Caribbean during a forum at Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy.
