HPCON-Charlie Info for SOUTHCOM | USAG-Miami Installation

Access to the U.S. Southern Command and U.S. Army Garrison-Miami installation is currently limited to assigned service members, DoD civilians, and contractors during Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Charlie. Assigned members are required to present two forms of verification to get on the installation: 

  • CAC Card and SOUTHCOM Badge 

The only exceptions to the above policy is for those with a confirmed appointment to the Clinic or ID DEERS office. These individuals must present the following for access to the installation:

  • CAC Card and Appointment for Clinic/ID DEERS.
