SOTO CANA AIR BASE, Honduras –
Joint Task Force Bravo, along with its supporting units and agencies, supported the Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris’ visit to Honduras, Jan. 27, 2022 at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras.
In partnership with White House staff and the Secret Service, the 612th Air Base Squadron ensured safe flightline operations to house Air Force Two, while 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment provided rotary-wing transportation to Harris and her staffers to visit the country’s capital and attend Xiomara Castro’s inauguration as Honduras’ first-ever female president.
Before departing, Harris spoke with members of JTF-Bravo, and expressed her appreciation for the task force’s service members and the support given.
