The crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Escanaba returned home to Portsmouth, Monday, following a 51-day patrol in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. Escanaba’s crew disrupted illegal narcotics smuggling, interdicting 3,520 kilograms of cocaine valued at more than $102 million.

Coast Guard offloads nearly $500 million in illegal narcotics at Port Everglades

The crew of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter James offloaded more than 33,200 pounds of cocaine and 12,400 pounds of marijuana worth approximately $448 million in Port Everglades, Oct. 26.

Coast Guard Cutter Valiant returns home after $30 million drug seizure

During a recent patrol, the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Valiant (WMEC 621) interdicted a go-fast vessel with over 97 pounds of cocaine and assisted the Royal Netherlands Navy patrol vessel HNLMS Groningen (P843) with two additional interdictions. Overall, Valiant seized or assisted in the seizure of more than $30 million in illegal narcotics.

Coast Guard offloads 14,000 pounds of marijuana and 3,660 pounds of cocaine at Port Everglades

MIAMI — The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Bear (WMEC-901) offloaded approximately 14,000 pounds of marijuana worth an estimated $12.5 million wholesale and 3,660 pounds of cocaine worth an estimated $50 million wholesale Thursday at Port Everglades seized in international waters in the Eastern Pacific Ocean.

Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton Records First Marijuana Interdiction

MIAMI — The Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton crew conducted its first-ever stop, interdiction, and seizure of a vessel trafficking marijuana March 22, while on patrol in the central Caribbean Sea.
