U.S. Southern Command hosted the General Commander of the Colombian Military Forces, Gen. Helder Giraldo, at the command's headquarters in Miami Dec. 6. Giraldo met with senior SOUTHCOM leaders to discuss U.S.-Colombia defense cooperation.
