Resolute Sentinel 22: Sharing Knowledge and Building Partnerships

U.S. military medics arrived in San Salvador, El Salvador June 5, 2022, to integrate with the El Salvadoran military and medical staff at Hospital Militar Central for Operation Resolute Sentinel 22. Resolute Sentinel 22 provides joint training and improved readiness for U.S. civil engineers, medical professionals and support personnel through humanitarian assistance activities in El Salvador.

U.S. Air Force, Space Force Take Part in FIDAE 2022 Trade and Air Show in Chile

After a full week of performances, static aircraft displays, and all of the logistics and support to make an event like Feria Internacional del Aire y del Espacio (FIDAE) happen, U.S. Airmen are headed home after making lasting memories and partnerships in Santiago, Chile, from April 5-10, 2022.

Relampago VI is a combined Colombian and U.S. exercise taking place in the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) theater that focuses on techniques, tactics and procedures to strengthen the longstanding partnership between our armed forces.

Exercise Relampago VI Soars Over Colombia

RIONEGRO, Colombia — The skies roared with the sounds of U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcons. Sounds that are not usually heard in a small mountain community in South America.

CENTAM SMOKE brought together firefighters from Honduras, Costa Rica, Belize, Guatemala and El Salvador to train with U.S. Air Force members as well as develop bonds and understandings of one another’s culture with team building exercises. Face of Defense: Dominican Republic-Born Airman Serves Proudly

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. — Dominican Republic-born Air Force Staff Sgt. Angel Moquete, an air adviser assigned to the 571st Mobility Support Advisory Squadron, serves proudly around the globe.

U.S. Marines with the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Southern Command board a C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Oct. 8, 2016, for a deployment to Port-au-Prince, Haiti where they will augment approximately 150 other Soldiers, Airmen and Marines from Joint Task Force-Bravo and SPMAGTF-SC who deployed earlier this week with two CH-53E Super Stallion, three CH-47 Chinook, and two UH-60L and two HH-60L Black Hawk helicopters to provide heavy and medium lift to support the U.S. Agency for International Development-led mission. While in Haiti, SPMAGTF-SC and JTF-Bravo personnel are part of Joint Task Force Matthew, a temporary command established by SOUTHCOM in Port-au-Prince, under the command of U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Cedric Pringle, to coordinate and execute the combined Department of Defense supporting elements that include the Marine and Army aircraft from Soto Cano and ships and aircraft from the Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard. SPMAGTF-SC, JTF-Bravo disaster relief in Haiti enabled by logistics, ‘Rapid Global Mobility’

SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras — Logistics In Action: Article originally appeared on the Joint Task Force-Bravo website — U.S. Air Force heavy airlift was called upon to support approximately 200 Soldiers, Airmen and Marines from Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Southern Command and Joint Task Force-Bravo who deployed this week to provide heavy and medium lift to support the U.S. Agency for International Development-led mission to alleviate human suffering and bolster Haitian disaster response capabilities.
