US Army South hosts the CAA Legal Conference in Ft. Sam, Houston. Representatives from 15 countries from the western hemisphere attended. The legal conference brought together judge advocate generals from participating armies to discuss ways to coordinate the efforts of military and security forces. And also to develop common procedures to support law enforcement with regards to peace keeping operations, disaster relief operations and emerging threats. Available in High Definition.
