SOUTHCOM Commander Visits Panama, Colombia

The commander of U.S. Southern Command, U.S. Army Gen. Laura Richardson, met with Panamanian and Colombian leaders during official visits to each nation July 19 – 21.

Army Gen. Laura Richardson joins Panamanian President Laurentino Cortizo and Minister of Public Security Juan Pino for a ceremony as the United States donated a King Air 250 maritime patrol aircraft to Panama.

Gen. Richardson Visits Panama for High-Level Security Dialogue

The commander of U.S. Southern Command, U.S. Army Gen. Laura Richardson, visited Panama Oct. 17-18 where she led the U.S. delegation for the sixth meeting of the High-Level Security Dialogue (HLSD) between Panama and the United States.
