Resource Management Office

The USAG Miami Garrison Resource Management Office (RMO) ensures the effective, efficient, and legal management of garrison resources according to established fiscal law and DOD guidance. We advise and manage activities and programs to include the Budget Activities, CSR Activities, ODTA Activities, Managerial Accounting Program, Contract Management Support, Manpower Support, Garrison Agreements support, and MICP Inspection compliance IAW DOD, Army and AMC guidelines and regulations.  The RMO serves as the principal advisor and member of the installation's Program and Budget Advisory Committee (PBAC) and sits on key installation committees and boards.

Plans, Analysis and Integration

Plans, Analysis and Integration provides oversight of assigned programs; conducts analytical reviews; monitors Army baseline standards; captures and enables implementation of best business practices; identifies, tracks, and orchestrates reporting of performance measures; and integrates and optimizes use of technology.

Information Management Office

The USAG-Miami Information Management Office is focused on integrating our customers' needs with the optimal use of information systems and services.  We strive to apply this principle consistently in order to synthesize technological perspectives, in the Information Management and Security Assurance fields, with productivity-driven, customer-service related assistance. It is our goal to work closely with the 525th Signal Company to facilitate organizational readiness for all garrison directorates and staff sections.
