U.S. Soldier Recounts Experience at Chilean Mountain Warfare School

Soldiers training at the Chilean Mountain Warfare School quickly learn why it is one of the most respected climbing and survival schools anywhere. The rock climbing requires Soldiers to make their own routes up cliff faces, day and night, and secure their own anchors with their climbing partners. For many of the Soldiers, it is the toughest course they will ever complete.

Regional Health Command Central provides pediatric dental services in Honduras

The U.S. Army Regional Health Command Central (RHC-C) deployed a Multi-Specialty Surgical Dental team to work with Joint Task Force Bravo Medical Element (MEDEL) personnel at the Catholic University Dental School in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, from the 2nd to the 14th of September, and provided pediatric dental services to school children while enhancing their mission readiness skills and providing humanitarian assistance.

Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales presided over the ceremony at which Staff Sgt. Harcel Rosado, Sgt. 1st Class Michael Kinzie and Chief Warrant Officer 4 Raul Espinoza were awarded the prestigious Medalla Monja Blanca (Medal of the White Nun) by the Guatemalan armed forces.
