Preventive Med supports local pediatric nutrition assessment

U.S. and Peruvian air force share medical knowledge, experience

Airmen use special experience to foster relationships during Global Health Engagement

Continuing Promise 2017 Mission Concludes Final Mission Stop in Popoya Playa

POPOYA PLAYA, Colombia (NNS) -- The Continuing Promise 2017 (CP-17) mission made its last mission stop at the Popoya Playa School, from March 25-29, where personnel deployed in support of CP-17 conducted an array of different activities such as infrastructure enhancement, nutrition classes and preventative health tips.

MAYAPO, Colombia (March 25, 2017) - Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Joshua Crisano, a native of Williamsburg, Va., assigned to Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Fla., teaches physical therapy stretches to the mother of a host nation child at the Continuing Promise 2017 (CP-17) medical site in Mayapo, Colombia. Chilean, U.S. Soldiers learn food protection in an expeditionary environment

A team of veterinarians from U.S. Army South and the U.S. Army Medical Center and School, participated in a subject matter expert exchange with approximately 40 Chilean military and civilian veterinarians March 6-9 in Santiago. The group met to discuss the execution of food safety and food defense programs in underdeveloped regions which lack adequate public health services.
