Signing ceremony formalizes New York and Brazil partnership

The New York National Guard embarked on a new State Partnership Program with the country of Brazil with the Thursday signing of a Partnership Declaration between Maj. Gen. Brazil Riverine Medical Mission 2019-1 Concludes
